Investigate scan findings and run failures using the available evidence.
Use Overview to understand what a scan reached and Runs to understand what happened when tests executed.
Inspect a scan
Select the intended scan and open a page or screen. Review the screenshot and available categories: behavior, accessibility, performance, security, and SEO.
Check the URL or screen, account access, and discovered forms before acting on a finding. If a protected route shows a login page, resolve access first.
Investigate a failed run
- Open Runs and select the execution.
- Filter to failed or needs-review cases.
- Open the affected case and review the failed step and expected behavior.
- Inspect screenshots, recordings, and errors where available.
- Reproduce in the same environment and role.
- Fix the cause and rerun the affected cases.
Evidence varies by execution and surface. An absent recording is not proof that the case did not run.
Export or share
From a run, open Export to choose CSV, HTML, PDF, or JUnit XML. Use JUnit for CI reporting and a readable report for investigation.
Share copies a public run link. Anyone with that link can view the shared run, so check the evidence for sensitive test data before distributing it.
For accessibility-specific exports, use WCAG reports.
Compare like with like
Compare the same target environment, role, browser, and data assumptions. A changed account permission or expired session can look like an app regression.
For deeper investigation, use Failure triage, Issues and coverage, and Persistence checks.
