Troubleshoot testing and integrations
Resolve failures in access data execution notifications and CI.
Identify the failing stage: starting work, reaching the app, generating cases, executing tests, or delivering an integration event.
| Symptom | First checks |
|---|---|
| Only a login screen was reached | Verify App access, target environment, and permissions. |
| A generated test fails | Inspect its first failed step and compare the expectation with evidence. |
| A locator stopped working | Run triage, review auto-heal, and rerun after changes. |
| A data-driven run changes behavior | Check enabled rows, unique values, and earlier case state. |
| A mobile build will not start | Check platform, installation requirements, backend reachability, and device capacity. |
| A notification is missing | Check channel enablement, selected events, permissions, and the test action. |
| CI returns 401 or 402 | Check the project token, entitlement, and usage. |
| Changed-route selection is empty | Review resolved paths and select the intended suite directly. |
| Visual comparisons are noisy | Compare the same viewport, role, data, and stable content. |
Preserve evidence
Keep the project, scan or run ID, approximate time and timezone, environment, and safe error text. Avoid repeatedly starting broad work while an earlier copy is active.
Use Failure triage, Login troubleshooting, or Mobile troubleshooting.
