Dispatch a test run asynchronously. A single-browser request can return one run; a browser matrix can return a runs array. Retain returned IDs and inspect execution results.

Authenticate with an account session as described in Project and testing API. Use resource IDs available to the same organization and project.

For unattended pipelines, use the separately authenticated CI endpoints.
